Soups
Use directly in the saucepan to turn your chunky soups into
smooth creamed varieties.
Pancake batter
110g (4oz) self-raising flour
1 egg
200ml (8floz) milk
Salt |

Use mixing jug and whisk attachment, put in all the ingredients
and whisk until smooth, leave to stand then whisk again
before using.
Fruit Coulis
Use the sieve and pusher to produce baby food or fruit
purees. 110g (4oz) raspberries, fresh or defrosted will
push through to produce lovely fruit coulis, sweeten with
icing sugar to taste. |
