Fruit Smoothie
6-8 ice cubes
1-2 bananas
5-10ml honey
6-8 strawberries, raspberries
250ml (½pt) milk or thin yoghurt
Place ice-cubes in blender and blend on high for 2-3 mins.
Add bananas and blend again. Taste and sweeten with honey,
add strawberries, blend again, then add milk through the
lid.
