Use egg boiler to hard boil eggs

Egg mayonnaise
Halve eggs lengthways and coat with mayonnaise, garnish with a little cress and sprinkle with paprika.

Devilled Eggs
Halve eggs lengthways remove the egg yolks
Blend with 15ml (1tbsp) softened butter
and 2.5ml (½tsp) of curry powder
Pipe or spoon into egg whites
